Multiple Day Classes

2 or 3 Day Cooking Lessons souk - shopping for couscous

Our multiple day classes are designed for students who wish to get a more detailed cooking experience. Spend two or three full days with Lahcen learning to make complete menus of your choice. Learn how to choose the freshest ingredients when you and Lahcen go grocery shopping in the souk (the open-air market). Acquire the skills that you will need to continue to explore the complexities of Moroccan cuisine even after you return home. Each class is designed to fit the needs of the participants. We make sure to accommodate our classes to all levels of experience, from new cooks to experienced chefs. Be sure to have a look at our suggested menu and let us know upon reservation which dishes you would like to make. If you have ideas for other dishes that you would like to make, we are happy to oblige.
