Cooking Classes

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your cooking class reservation.  Deposits are paid via Paypal.  The balance is payable in cash (MAD, USD, Euro) on the day of your class.

Cooking class cancellations must be made at least 72hrs in advance.  If cancellations are made within 72hrs, the full balance of the class is payable.

Tours

Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your tour reservation.  Deposits are paid via Paypal.

If when your tour is booked there is less than 2 weeks to the start of your tour, a 60% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Payment Balance

The balance of your payment is payable in cash (MAD, USD, Euro) at the beginning of your tour.

Changes to your itinerary

If you wish to change your itinerary in some way after confirmation has been made, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee the changes you want will always be possible.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing (via email).

Once your booking is confirmed, appropriate reservations with accommodation and other providers are made.  Please note the following cancellation policies apply.

• If a cancellation is made between 4 and 6 weeks before the start of your tour – 25% of the balance is payable.
• If a cancellation is made between 2 and 4 weeks before the start of your tour – 35% of the balance is payable.
• If a cancellation is made 2 weeks or less before the start of your tour – 100% of the balance is payable.
